for ALL 2024-2025 EEU Band and Color Guard Students.
Sports Physicals are required to participate in Band or Color Guard. See the attached flier and make sure to Click Here: EHS Sports Physical Form to print and fill out the paperwork prior to this night as well as print a copy of the front and back of your insurance card.
All dates are on the calendar and call times will be updated closer to the event.
