Check out our “One and Done” opportunities, like the District Pageant Night Coordinator in November; you’ll only need about 2 weeks of prep time and 3-4 parent recruits.
There’s also these short term Coordinator commitments, like, Senior Night in the Fall, Holiday & Banquet Basket Raffles for December & June, and the Jazz Road Trip Coordinator for Las Vegas & Reno Festivals. Each requires a few weeks time in advance of the events.

The Boosters
What EEU Boosters Do
EEU Boosters Board is a nonprofit, non-political organization whose purpose is to provide support to the Director of Instrumental Music so that instruction efforts can be more fully dedicated to the musical education of the students of the Esperanza Entertainment Unit. This support includes clerical, financial, administrative, logistics and organizational assistance for the entire music program. We absolutely need and appreciate our members and the community involved.
Just be awesome and pitch in this season. Help EEU as a Parent Volunteer!!

these activities.

Preview Night Coordinator

Uniform Night Stations
We are still looking for parent and student volunteers to help in Aug at Uniform stations; Measure Students, Shoes & Gloves, Hatting Fitting, Uniform Fitting, Ironing and more. Email the Uniform VP, 1stvp@ehseu.org, or click Uniform Fitting Station Sign-Up at: volunteersignup.org/WQCWA
Big Band Blowout
Jazz Concert with Guest Musician, Esperanza & Bernardo Yorba Jazz Bands at the PAC. We need volunteers for few hours prior to event to help with Sponsor & Donation Procurement and Concert Promotion, or for Event Day supports such as, Lobby Set Up, Ticket Sales, Will Call Check-In, Door Check and VIP Usher. Email the Big Band Blowout Coordinator, bigbandblowout@ehseu.org.
Café Jazztec CLASSICAL Edition
Café Jazztec turns the band room into a music club with twinkle lights and table cloths. CLASSICAL Edition features symphonic band student combos. We need 2-3 parents to help sell slices and sodas, to pick up pizzas (reimbursed) and for set-up/clean-up. Contact Mr. Davis or EEU Booster President to get involved.
Our Spring Concert & BBQ Dinner
Dinner is served in the Quad before the concert. To make it happen, we need Committee Lead, Ticket Table, Server Table and BBQ positions. Plus Donations! This event is much like Preview Night BBQ, if you attended that event in August, you’ve got this. Contact EEU Booster President to get involved.
EEU Awards Banquet
EEU students celebrate a job well-done at this senior-centered favorite. We need a Coordinator & Decorations Team. Our EEU Booster President is always our MC for awards!! To join the committee, email Minnie McCormick, EEU Booster President, president@ehseu.org.
