7:00 pm in the Band Room
All students must check in their luggage, personal backpack and instrument…
don’t forget your music.

Parent Corner:
Parent Volunteers – I could use 5 – 6 parent volunteers to help with luggage check-in on Tuesday, January 29th.
Please let me know if you are able to assist.
Just a quick reminder for those parents who are attending….
Your support is fantastic for our students and their performances, but this trip is a school trip/not a family vacation.
Students are busy and are to stay with their groups the entire weekend.
Festival Wristbands must be purchased at the Box Office before entering the performance areas.

Chaperones – Mrs. Sakoda (Lead Chaperone), Mrs. Robles and Mr. & Mrs. Armstrong
will be the designated chaperones for the weekend.
Chaperones should be at EHS at 12:30 on Wednesday to help load the bus.
Departing EHS at 1:00 pm

Students will depart at 1:00 pm on Wednesday and pick-up time on Saturday afternoon is 2:30 pm.

Food Reminders – Students should eat lunch before boarding the bus.
We will have a light snack bag for them on the bus and they are welcome to bring snacks with them if they choose.
Dinner will be as a group at the Hotel Buffet on Wednesday night.
Remember to send your student with money for breakfast & lunch on Thursday,
breakfast & lunch on Friday, and breakfast & lunch on Saturday.
Dinner on Thursday & Friday will be as a group at the Dining Commons on the UNLV campus.
