Parents, please bring your donation of water and drop it off in practice room 2. This ensures that we have enough water for the kids after performance for football games and field shows.

*Reminder: the time posted means that you are ready to go by that time so you should be arriving around 15 minutes before to prepare yourself. Early is On Time | On Time is Late | Late better have a very good reason.

Help Wanted
Chaperone Sign Ups

For each Marching Band event including football games and Field Show competitions, we need Chaperones to help the students where needed. All Chaperones will sign a code of conduct, ride the bus to and from the event, use a wagon to take water, first aid kit, and other necessities, and stay with the Band at all times. Please contact our Chaperone Coordinator, Brandie Lujan events@ehseu.org for more information.
Roadie / Trailer Towing Sign Ups

For each Marching Band event including football games and Field Show Competitions, we need to tow 2 trailers & 1 flat bed. We also need several additional parents to help as Roadies. We will be on the field with our performers moving our many props and sets. No experience necessary. We will help guide you through it. We just need willing and able people to help. Please contact Kristina president@ehseu.org for more information and to sign the Code of Conduct to volunteer
