Updated Guidance for DC Travelers!

We just received the following information from Washington, D.C.’s VCB. The vaccine mandate ended February 15th 2022; however, they’re still requiring unvaccinated or partially vaccinated visitors to get a COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arriving in DC.

DC released Updated Guidance for vaccination requirements and masking. Please refer to the attached document for more information.

Updated Guidance Major Changes

  • Feb. 15, proof of vaccination is no longer required at indoor locations in Washington, DC.
  • Starting March 1, 2022, DC’s indoor mask mandate will be lifted at most locations, with some exception. Private businesses may implement their own protocols, so visitors are encouraged to check in advance.
  • The limited public health emergency put in place in December (related to mainly medical services) expired Feb. 15.
