Welcome New & Returning Students
Complete before or on deadlines noted:
- EEU Registration Google Form – Fill out online ASAP (by 8/11/23)
- Parent Permission/Emergency Medical – Waiver – Print and turn in at EHS/EEU registration 8/14/23
- EHS Required Family ID – Bring copy of confirmation page on 8/14/23
- EHS Required Sports Physical Form – Turn in to EHS front office with a copy of student’s insurance card (front and back) on 8/14/23
- Band Performance Donation Sheet OR Color Guard Performance Donation Sheet – Print and bring to Uniform Fitting/Finance Night with check made out to EEU
- EEU LogoWear Order Form – Fill out at Uniform fitting night to add to your finance sheet. (*some items may be required for Band students)
- Print page 20 of the handbook, sign, and bring on 8/14/23.
Note: “Band Whites” to Fitting/Finance Nights.
- White V neck under shirt
- Black athletic shorts
- Long black socks that come up at least mid-calf
