Thursday Rehearsal 4/4/19 will be 3:30-6PM Rehearsal.
We will load the trailers after rehearsal is over.
Everyone is dismissed once everything is loaded.

Eat Lunch BEFORE meeting at Esperanza for check-in.
12:30 PM – Meet at Esperanza for check-in
12:45 PM – Depart from Esperanza High School
1:42 PM – Arrive at Citizens Business Bank Arena
1:52 PM – Unload and Push to Warm Up Zone K
2:32 PM – Begin Warm Up
3:32 PM – Push to Gate
3:42 PM – Ready at Gate
3:52 PM – PERFORMANCE TIME
4:01 PM – Exit, return to load trailers
9:40 PM – Meet and Line Up for Full Retreat.
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT FOR AWARDS.
10:15 PM – Awards Ceremony. Full Retreat
After Awards, students are dismissed. Please meet Mrs. Glenday to sign out and
your parents/ride home at the main entrance of the Arena.
Equipment will be unloaded on Monday, you do not need to report back to Esperanza
*This awards ceremony will be different than all the previous awards. All
members will be on the floor and we will be wearing our full attire.
*Students can bring clothes to change into after the performance and then must
change back into the attire before the awards ceremony.
We are looking for donations of drinks & snacks for the kids.
If you are able to donate, please sign up using this link.
*There will be concessions inside the arena for students to purchase food after the performance.
Please plan on the concession prices being similar to a sports game or concert.
