All students must check in their luggage, personal backpack and instrument…don’t forget your music.

Parent Corner:
Parent Volunteers – I could use 5 – 6 parent volunteers to help with luggage check-in on Wednesday, January 29th.
Please let me know if you are able to assist.
Just a quick reminder for those parents who are attending….
Your support is fantastic for our students and their performances, but this trip is a school trip/not a family vacation.
Students are busy and are to stay with their groups the entire weekend.
This is a fun weekend for all! While the students have their own agenda,
we try and get as many parents as possible together for dinner on Saturday night.
If you would like to be included in this evening, please drop me a line so we can make a reservation.
It’s just a fun evening together for dinner, everyone pays for their own and completely optional.
Last year we discovered Buca di Beppo right around the corner from the school that has a big room to accommodate a large party. I think we had about 25 of us last year.
A ticket must be purchased at the Box Office before entering to enjoy the evening concert. -$10
Chaperones – Mrs. Sakoda (Lead Chaperone), Mrs. Neumayr and Mr. & Mrs. Armstrong will be the designated chaperones for the weekend.
Chaperones should be at EHS at 12:30 on Wednesday to help load the bus.

Students will depart at 1:00 pm on Thursday and pick-up time on Sunday afternoon is 2:30 pm.

Food Reminders – Students should eat lunch before boarding the bus.
We will have a light snack bag for them on the bus and they are welcome to bring snacks with them if they choose.
Dinner will be as a group at the Hotel Buffet on Thursday night.
Remember to send your student with money for breakfast & lunch on Friday, breakfast & lunch on Saturday, and breakfast & lunch on Sunday.
Dinner on Friday will be part of the Jam Session.
Dinner on Saturday will be as a group at the Dining Commons on the UNLV campus.
