Esperanza Band & Colorguard has become widely recognized as a competitive entertainment unit throughout the Southern California area and beyond. The EEU is a vibrant community of more than 300 members. Our communications and events have reach among working families and their students in OC with weekly email, a mobile responsive website and active social media.

All proceeds from Event Sponsorships to In-kind Donations directly support the entire music program. Generous supporters, like you, allow us to continue providing award winning music & performing arts programs to EEU students.

Event Sponsorships

Big Band Blowout
Our signature jazz concert, the Big Band Blowout, features a professional guest artist, in collaboration with Esperanza & Bernardo Yorba Jazz groups at the district Performing Arts Center.

Raffle & Silent Auction
Whether Bingo Night or Quarter Madness event, the annual band bash is a fun evening of music and bidding on great items like restaurant & event packages and one-of-a-kind gift collections.

Aztec Jazz Festival
Each March, the EEU hosts Aztec Jazz Festival, an all-day competition, on the Esperanza campus and also serves as a fundraiser for​ EEU. Every year, over 50 bands from middle schools and high schools from across Southern California participate in this music festival.

EEU Trailer Sponsor

Trailer Advertising – Did you know that people actually remember ads on moving vehicles more than on billboards and that vehicle graphics can reach an average of 50,000 people in a given day? Advertising on the EEU trailers can generate predictable impressions and inbound sales to your business. Our trailers log many miles from September to April transporting equipment for the Marching Band, Winter Guards & Drumline.

Concert Program Campaign – Our concert program ad prices are very reasonable for the quality ads we produce. With your contribution to a digital or print program, your business can receive a quality advertising graphic created by us that businesses have continued to use for other publications. This service alone can be quite expensive giving you a greater return on your investment. Ads from 1/4 page to full-page range in cost depending on the event starting at $100. Program Ads include: a digital graphic file, company name weblink on our event webpage, and a linked Facebook mention.

Raffle & Bingo Event Donations

In-Kind Requests – All EEU members proudly support program partners who support our in-kind donation requests. All donations with a value of $50 or more are recognized with logo advertising on our event webpage. For donations starting at $100, EEU acknowledges sponsors and donors with business logo & website link on our supporters page with additional options on EEU social pages. Please review our other campaigns for more details about advertising options & fulfillment.

We would appreciate the donation of items to use in our raffle and bingo events to make these fundraisers a successful bash. Below are some charitable donations, or in-kind gifts of product, food or services from previous raffle & auction-style fundraisers.
